Just came through that mess. Had to wait a while to get in the neighborhood. Someone said it was a hostage situation, but I can't find any details online anywhere.
Same here. Went through the subdivision a little after 9:00pm and there was plenty of police activity still around. I'm thinking whatever it was, it was over by 9:00 or so, as the police and SWAT members were casually congregated. Also, I'll bet that if the situation was unresolved at that time, we would have never been allowed entrance into the subdivision. Whatever it was, it was pretty overwhelming to see that much of an aggressive police presence in a subdivision. I too haven't seen anything on any news outlet regarding the situation. If I find out what actually happened, I'll post it.
